A while ago, I came across some Pac Man wallpapers, and didn’t like any of them. Most people (Namco included, apparently) decided the retro arcade look modernizes into neon lights. While it works on some levels, neon lights don’t make a particularly good wallpaper. I decided to make my own, and combine mat colours with subtle glow and reflections.
